Roots of Compassion
Born on February 25, 2000, in Ambala City, Haryana, Dr. Ridhi Gupta grew up surrounded by kindness, knowledge, and purpose. Her mother, Ms. Punam Gupta, a respected social worker and serial entrepreneur, and her late father, Mr. Aasheesh Gupta, a dedicated businessman, instilled in her the value of compassion and community service.
From childhood, Ridhi was deeply empathetic — drawn toward helping the needy and caring for injured animals. She often joined her mother in social welfare activities, learning that even the smallest act of service could bring a ripple of hope to others.
“My mother showed me that humanity is the greatest form of religion,” she recalls with gratitude.
Courage to Learn Beyond Borders
With an unshakable dream of becoming a doctor, Ridhi took a bold step to pursue her MBBS in China, embracing global education at a young age.
The journey was far from easy — she faced cultural differences, academic intensity, and the challenge of adapting to a new environment. Yet, every obstacle strengthened her resolve and expanded her vision. Her years in China taught her not only about medicine but about human connection — understanding patients beyond their symptoms and cultures beyond their languages.
“In those years abroad,” she says,
“I discovered that empathy is the most powerful medicine of all.”
Healing in the Hills
After completing her MBBS, Dr. Ridhi Gupta returned to India, driven by her desire to serve her own people. She currently works as a Provisional Doctor in Himachal Pradesh, where her dedication to patients has earned her both trust and admiration.
She approaches every case with precision and care, ensuring that patients feel comforted, respected, and heard. Her gentle communication and calm spirit have made her a favorite among those she serves.
“A doctor’s first responsibility,” she says,
“is to listen — because healing begins with understanding.”
Together We Can Foundation — Compassion in Action
Beyond her medical duties, Dr. Ridhi Gupta is the Founder of the Together We Can Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to spreading health awareness, supporting mental well-being, and uplifting the underprivileged.
Under her leadership, the foundation has carried out impactful initiatives such as:
-
Nukkad Nataks (Street Plays) on organ donation, de-addiction, and cyber safety
-
Health & Hygiene Drives in rural and urban slum areas
-
Mental Health Surveys and Counseling Sessions for students and working professionals
-
Clothing and Food Distribution Campaigns for needy families
-
Animal Welfare Drives, providing rescue and care for stray animals
Each campaign reflects her vision — that healing is a shared responsibility, and kindness is the foundation of change.
A Voice for Every Soul
Dr. Ridhi’s compassion extends beyond humans. A passionate advocate for animal welfare, she actively participates in stray dog care and adoption programs. Her weekends often include feeding and treating abandoned animals, reminding society that love has no species.
“Every soul deserves love and dignity — whether it speaks or not,” she believes.
Her empathy has inspired others to adopt strays and see them as part of the same compassionate world she strives to create.
Recognized for Excellence and Service
Her remarkable work has earned her widespread recognition and respect:
🏅 Felicitated by Bollywood actor Mr. Gulshan Grover for her social service initiatives
🏅 Appreciation by Mr. Rajat Sharma, senior journalist, for health awareness efforts

Despite these accolades, she remains grounded, saying,

Carrying a Legacy Forward
Following in the footsteps of her mother, Ms. Punam Gupta, Dr. Ridhi continues to uphold a family legacy rooted in compassion, ethics, and empowerment. She often describes her mother as her guiding star — a woman whose strength and generosity continue to inspire her every day.
Together, they symbolize the power of women leading with purpose and heart.
Vision for a Kinder Tomorrow
Looking toward the future, Dr. Ridhi Gupta aims to expand the Together We Can Foundation across India, integrating AI-based healthcare systems in rural regions, promoting mental wellness programs, and supporting preventive medicine education among youth.
Her dream is to build a healthcare ecosystem where treatment is balanced with empathy, and medical innovation meets human warmth.
“Medicine may treat the body,” she says,
“but kindness heals the soul.”
A Legacy of Hope and Humanity
At just 25, Dr. Ridhi Gupta has emerged as one of the most inspiring young doctors of her generation — a healer, humanitarian, and leader who believes that success means making life better for others.
From the classrooms of China to the hills of Himachal, from patients to stray animals, she continues to touch lives with her steady blend of compassion and courage.
Her story is not just about becoming a doctor — it’s about becoming a light in a world that needs more warmth.
“Don’t just aim to be successful,” she says.
“Aim to be significant — because the world remembers kindness far longer than titles.”
